Great news! At the beginning of December, our ReDat5 recording unit and ReDat Recorder (version 3.14), working in conjunction with CTI control implemented in the ReDat eXperience application platform (version 2.39.2), successfully passed strict international interoperability standards required by the ALE Developer and Solution Partner Program.
The certification was conducted in cooperation with the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise communication platform (version R101.1 N4) using the TDM DR-Link and IP DR-Link interfaces. This confirms full compatibility of the ReDat recording system with the Alcatel-Lucent technology environment.
