ReDat Recording, a.s. participates in EUROCONTROL and EUROCAE conferences

From 22 to 26 September 2025, the VOTE-31 and WG-67 meeting 56 conferences will take place at Jotron’s headquarters in Larvik, Norway. The focus will be on the standardisation of air traffic management technologies and the development of the VoIP standard in aviation.

These professional events provide a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as to discuss the challenges and opportunities connected with the modernisation of communication technologies in air traffic control.
They serve not only as a platform for shaping international standards, but also as a forum for building new contacts and fostering cooperation that drives the entire field forward.

ReDat Recording, a.s. is a long-standing active member and contributes to the standardisation of the ED-137 protocol. This globally recognised protocol sets the standard for recording voice communications in air traffic control. It defines the rules for the interoperable recording of calls between control centres and radio stations using VoIP technology.

A meeting of experts from around the world

The conferences bring together leading experts in the field of air traffic control (ATC), recording and monitoring technologies, manufacturers of radios and VCS systems, as well as representatives of major aviation organisations and service providers.

Participants include Air Traffic Control of the Czech Republic (ŘLP), Air Traffic Services of the Slovak Republic (LPS), Rohde & Schwarz, Indra, Jotron, HungarControl, Frequentis, Skyguide, Enaire, FAA, Amper, SITTI and many others.
