On 14–15 October 2025 we are participating in the international Railway Days Summit in Bucharest, one of the leading European gatherings of experts in railway transport and infrastructure.

We are excited to be part of TRAKO 2025 – the international railway technology trade fair in Gdańsk, Poland, taking place from September 23–26, 2025.

From 22 to 26 September 2025, the VOTE-31 and WG-67 Meeting 56 conferences will take place at Jotron’s headquarters in Larvik, Norway. The focus will be on the standardisation of air traffic management technologies and the development of the VoIP standard in aviation.

On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, we welcomed a pleasant tradition – Breakfast with ReDat.
This informal gathering offered a great opportunity to meet the new owners of our company, ReDat Recording, a.s.

Discover a smart solution for customer service counters that is gaining recognition among businesses. With a directional microphone installed directly on the desk, every conversation is captured in clear stereo, while background noise is kept to a minimum.

On Thursday, July 31, representatives of the Pardubice-based Retia and the Brno-based INTEQ Group signed a contract for the sale of ReDat Recording, which was a subsidiary closely associated with Retia. The new owner acquired a 100% stake in ReDat Recording under the contract; the price of the transaction will not be disclosed by agreement between the two parties.

On 3 June 2025 at Hotel Tatra in Bratislava, leaders of Slovak contact centres will gather to explore the trends, technologies, and human stories shaping tomorrow’s customer experience. Expect inspiring keynotes, lively panel discussions, and plenty of high-value networking.

Last week we attended the 35th annual international conference Radioelectronics, which took place in Hnanice. This prestigious event, organized by the Institute of Radioelectronics, the Radiotechnical Society and BUT in Brno, attracted experts from the fields of electronics, information technology and related fields.

The Bike to Work challenge started at the beginning of May and we are in it too! We have several teams and a total of 30 enthusiasts have joined the challenge, who will be collecting kilometers throughout the month. At the end of May, we will definitely show off how we did – results, impressions and maybe even some photos from the journeys. We wish everyone who is riding with us happy kilometers and as few sore feet as possible!

Colleagues from ReDat Recording, a.s. are currently at the CCW 2025 in Berlin, where they are guests of honor of NTT Advanced Technology Corporation and are presenting a joint solution for Face to Face interaction recording.

Yesterday we swapped keyboards for hockey sticks and offices for the ice of the Pardubice racetrack! If NHL scouts had come to watch our game, maybe someone would have already packed their bags to go overseas.

This was exactly the topic of the lecture by Petr Novák, Director of R&D of Recording Systems, at the ALE OpenDay conference, of which we are an annual partner.

On November 12, at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, we appeared as partners of the 24th annual CallCentra conference on the topic of Hybrid work in a hybrid era. We welcomed well-known faces at our stand, as well as new interested parties. Our topic was the use of AI in contact center applications.

After two years, we visited Berlin again at the InnoTrans transport fair. Our colleagues from brand new ReDat Recording, a.s., showed news in recording systems and mainly in the processing and analysis of recorded data.

To sum up, ReDat provides us with essential tools to maintain a high level of service. I am convinced that any contact center that aims to provide first-class customer support cannot do it without such system.

We joined a group challenge and decided to clean up the forest park, which is practically adjacent to our company and many of us go there to spend some of our free time.

The 23rd annual CALL CENTER conference is a significant event in our recording systems division’s calendar.

On Wednesday, October 18th, we organized a very interesting and professionally enriching workshop for contact center leaders on the 27th floor of the Avant Business Center in Prague, called ReDat Brunch.

We bring you photos from the TRAKO railway fair, where colleagues from the ReDat recording systems division present our solution tuned to the needs of dispatch centers. Thanks to this tailor-made solution, dispatch centers have a constant overview of all movement and mutual communication in one place.

The municipal police are our long-standing customer, and we therefore accepted the invitation to the 30th annual international shooting competition of municipal police officers with great honor.

We bring you photos from the Eurasia Rail trade fair, where colleagues from the ReDat Recording Systems division present our solution tuned to the needs of dispatch centers.

Along with the change in the license policy of the ReDat Recording Systems, which is valid from 1 April 2023, the new General Terms and Conditions were also published on the website.

Due to system security and the replacement of the existing ReDat3 product with ReDat5, development work on new functions and features of the ReDat3 Recording Unit has been phased out.

On October 20, 2022, the twelfth annual “ALE OpenDay” took place in Avant Business Center in Prague. On behalf of our company and the ReDat recording systems division, Luboš Sádlo took part in the conference with a presentation of the HZS ČR (Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic) back to Alcatel technology – a study from the perspective of recording.
