Company Policy

Through this policy, ReDat Recording, a.s. wants to declare to its customers, business partners, shareholders, employees and the general public its strategic intentions and set principles that are key to achieving them.

We are a purely Czech company involved in the development of a sophisticated system for recording speech, screens, and other relevant data, which are then automatically analyzed. This highly modular system with broad integration potential fully meets the recording needs of dispatching centres, ATM/ATC, and contact centres.

We strive to be a reliable and respected entity on the defense and security technology market at home and abroad.

By setting up processes, we strive to ensure the provision of reliable services and the production of quality products in accordance with customer requirements, while consistently caring for environmental protection and information security.

Our fundamental and primary goal is to ensure the sustainability of resources. Therefore, our activities are planned in such a way that we continuously contribute to ensuring the future of our industry, community and planet Earth.

To support the set strategic objectives and in accordance with our context, an integrated management system was introduced in the company, which is based on the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001 and ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001 standards and the following principles:

  • Permanent orientation to satisfying customer requirements and needs at optimal costs.
  • Continuous improvement of processes at all levels.
  • Systematic motivation and training of employees as a prerequisite for continuous improvement.
  • Mutual trust, respect and recognition as a necessary prerequisite for achieving the required level of quality of products and services.
  • Optimization of activities with regard to waste minimization and protection of natural resources as a prerequisite and commitment to ensuring environmental care.
  • Implementation of applicable measures to minimize identified information security risks and ensure the availability, confidentiality and integrity of information.
  • Continuous compliance with legal regulations and other requirements to which the company is committed.

We set the trends in quality management of contact centres and in data recording for air traffic control and dispatching centres.
